The doctor was so kind and explained everything so well that I felt drawn in. The wait was incredibly long too (I waited over an hour because of the hospital system), and the manager wasn't especially kind either, so I briefly wondered if this wasn't the place. But after consulting with the doctor, I strongly wanted to have the procedure done by him. The one thing that bothered me was that this place is also very factory-like, and they said only one session of swelling laser or injections is provided, so I thought the aftercare would be disappointing. Unfortunately, I decided not to go through with the surgery. I worry a lot, so the factory-like atmosphere made me a little uneasy, but the doctor was really great
