It has been 2 years since my LASIK. I could have done LASIK too, but I chose it because I wanted a more stable recovery. The result is satisfying. However, because I already had some dry eye, my eyes get gritty by evening, and I do not think my vision will stay permanent, so if I had to do it again, I probably would not.
