My eyes were not suitable for LASIK or LASEK, so I had lens implantation because there was no other choice. Aside from the steep price, there was nothing uncomfortable at all. You only need to take good care of it for the first year, and as long as you do what the clinic tells you, it's fine. After a year passes, you don't even need to go in for regular checkups. My myopia and astigmatism were severe, so mine was 600, but if yours are not as bad as mine, 400s may be possible too? There is no glare around lights (and even if there were, you would get used to it later and stop noticing), and I do not have dry eye syndrome either.
