Eye Surgery Reviews

Is this degree of incision double-eyelid correction a success?

I have always had small eyes and a heavy-looking expression, which stressed me out, so I got double-eyelid surgery right after graduation. My friends often teased me to keep my eyes open more, and even during the consultation the director said I had severe ptosis right away. They said I had a lot of fat in my eyes and weak eye-opening strength, so I absolutely had to do incision double-eyelid correction. Is this degree a successful result? At first they also recommended epicanthoplasty, but when I said I wanted a thin hidden double eyelid, they said it would be fine not to do it. They said the epicanthoplasty would show a bit too much, so I said I would not do it, but now I also wonder if I should have done it. On the day of surgery, it felt a little uncomfortable, but from the next day I could definitely feel my eyes opening differently. The forehead wrinkles disappeared completely, and now I realize how comfortable it is to open my eyes. My mom saw my eyes and said they looked amazing, and she said she wants surgery too, so she booked right away haha. It has been one month now, and most of the major swelling has gone down... It does not feel too burdensome and looks natural, so I am satisfied.
