My concern was that my face was long overall and my lower face was large and prominent, so I was thinking that something like bone contouring to reduce the overall length would be good. I prefer a short, cute face shape! My square jaw is also severe, but my nerve line is very low, so most places gave me estimates for type 1 only, for reference!~ The dislikes in terms of waiting time/cost would vary by person anyway, and I was scared they might see it, so I did not write them separately!~ 1. Clinic A - Chin tip 7 to 8 mm (estimated), side line, and liposuction recommended (no pin fixation) - They said I was slightly under-chinned, but because my chin is long it looks that way, and reducing the length would improve it - Kind doctor, short waiting time, took a CT, put on a headband, and took face photos - They held my chin and told me how much it could be reduced, and showed before-and-after photos of similar face shapes (long face with recessed chin) 2. Clinic B - Chin advancement + chin reduction (osteotomy) - The manager carefully interviewed me about celebrities, the look I want, and my concerns, and passed all of that to the doctor - If you go in with a clear idea of surgery and the look you want, the consultation time could be more useful - During the doctor consultation, it seemed they estimated what areas should be improved so that I could get a better face shape within realistic limits - I liked the same-day reservation discount 3. Clinic C - Chin tip + square jaw 6 to 8 mm (estimated, no pin fixation), muscle resection?? (I am not exactly sure what it was) - Here too they said I was slightly under-chinned, but because my chin is long it looks that way, and reducing the length would improve it - They explained with a bone model and analyzed a lot of factors such as the width between both jaws, bone thickness, and the width of the fatty muscle area (I did not understand everything), so this was the consultation I liked most. I still have not decided and plan to keep looking around more ~~ (the next appointment is at [Clinic D] for now)
