I went to [Clinic A] in Seoul for a consultation because I messed up my nose in Daegu and wanted revision surgery or removal. I had a CT scan, and the wait was a bit on the long side. The consultation fee was 30,000 won, and it is pricey, but they offer event promotions, so it gets lowered a little, though it still is not cheap. The consultation with the director was kind and good.
