Consultation Review for Rhinoplasty at Named, Oblie, K Plus, and Dareum

I’m writing this in hopes that the information I’m providing will help other plastic-surgery beginners like me. First of all, the purpose of the surgery is to improve a hooked nose. Named: The wait until the appointment was about 2 months? It seemed like there were an enormous number of people. When you go in, you get a CT scan and then consult with the director, and he was handsome. He seemed to really like autologous rib cartilage. So if there is anyone who does not like autologous rib cartilage, I think it would be good to consider carefully. However, he said that if you prefer a natural feel, ear cartilage and septal cartilage are also possible. My septum was small, around 22,22, so he may have recommended autologous rib cartilage because it was necessary to create the look I wanted. Looking at other reviews, some people say it is natural and others say it is glamorous, but it seemed like they really reflect each person’s preference. However, my nasal skin is quite thin, so using autologous rib cartilage felt 부담스ome, so I plan to skip it. Oblie: Since this was my last consultation, I personally prepared about 20 questions after gathering information from various places, and it felt like they really prefer an extremely natural style. Among the places I visited, they spent the most time in consultation, probably about 30 minutes. There was no pressure to make a reservation, and the manager was kind. My desired look is that I’ve had plastic surgery but other people think I just lost weight, and I felt that Oblie fit that, so if I do have surgery, I think I would do it here. If you visit, prepare a long list of questions and you’ll be able to resolve everything you’re curious about. However, unlike the other places, septal cartilage is not the main material; they use ear cartilage as the main material, so it is not really close to a soft? glamorous? feel. If you want a natural nose, this seems like a good place to go. K Plus: The director’s eyes were totally my style. It was the kind of eye look I want? You go in, get a CT scan, then consult with the manager, and after that the director comes in. Personally, this was the place with the most people among the places I visited. The director was Dr. GJY, and he was neither too kind nor too blunt. The manager was also kind, and it seemed like a pretty popular place. They recommended autologous rib cartilage because my septum was small, and as mentioned above, because using autologous rib cartilage could cause the nose to show through the skin, I ended up skipping it. However, it seemed like they prefer a more glamorous style. You can tell from the review photos, but it has that glamorous feel. Dareum: If I had to sum it up in one line, this is a doctor with an extremely safety-first approach. During the consultation, it felt like I could come here and fill in the parts I wanted based on this as the standard. They honestly hit me with the facts. They said that because my hooked nose is fairly pronounced and my skin is thin, using autologous rib cartilage would be risky, and because the hooked-nose bone is small, there is a limit to how much can be shaved, so even after surgery there is a very high chance that some hooked shape will remain. They also said the difference before and after would not be very large. Personally, in terms of consultation quality, this was top-tier. I went because I was referred by a plastic surgeon I know personally, and the aftercare was unlimited for things like contracture. I guess that means they really do not have much contracture. If you like a glamorous style, I think you should probably avoid this place a bit. I also got eye consultation here, and the female doctor was the same kind of safety-first doctor. She said I didn’t need eye correction and that incisional double eyelid surgery alone would be enough. Right now I’m torn between Dareum and Oblie, and I’m also considering whether to do it at Named without autologous rib cartilage and use septal cartilage instead. The prices were almost the same. If you use autologous rib cartilage, it seems to be in the high 5 million won range, and if you don’t use it, around the mid-to-high 4 million won range. I think the more places you consult, the better. If you identify what your current complex is and compromise with the limits of your own nose, I think you can get a good result.
