Thread Lifting for Loss of Firmness and Sagging Skin

I really looked around for face-lifting options and finally decided on Dr. Jung Riban for the procedure! Honestly, I wasn’t someone who was super interested in lifting procedures in the first place haha. I just thought, "Well, everyone changes a little as they get older," and let it go, but at some point I started noticing that every time I took a photo, my face looked a bit different from before Especially when my side profile was photographed, I felt that my jawline had at least been visible before, but at some point the area under my chin looked slightly heavy and my whole face felt like it was dropping downward I had tried fillers and fat grafting too, but after some time the filler spread out, and I even had to remove it in the end. Because of that, I think my skin lost firmness even more, and I regretted it. Even though my weight didn’t change much, there were days when my face looked strangely bigger, and on days when I felt unwell, my jowl area and double chin seemed more saggy, which was stressful.. At first I thought, if I just take good care of my skin, it’ll get better, but there wasn’t much visible change after all haha;; Since I live in a rural area, there’s a limit to how much information I can get nearby, and it was hard to tell whether something was an ad or a real review, so I searched through cafe reviews, blogs, and community posts a lot lol Later it got to the point where checking thread-lifting swelling, prices, and duration before bed after work became part of my daily routine ^^;; Then I finally decided I should get a direct consultation, so I went all the way to Seoul haha To be honest, it was a hassle, but since it was something done to my face, I didn’t want to do it just anywhere I spent time and money going around for consultations, but looking back now, I think it was worth doing that much What I felt after consulting several places was that everyone’s facial concerns are truly different I had thought I must look older only because I lacked volume, but after consulting, I was told the bigger reason was that my facial line had collapsed and the lower part looked heavy They did not recommend jaw muscle binding, double-chin liposuction, or Botox, so I only got thread lifting. They said I didn’t need jaw muscle binding or facial liposuction because it was sagging skin, not excess fat. Since there wasn’t much fat in the midface, my face instead looked long and blunt, so I had the premium-line Silhouette Soft placed in the midface, and got Mint thread lifting along the jawline and under the temples, plus double-chin thread lifting. On the day of the facial thread-lifting procedure, I was quietly nervous Since it was something being done to my face, I worried unnecessarily and wondered what if it looked too unnatural. But it turned out much better than I expected, and over the next few days it gradually started to look more natural. The pain and swelling were not severe, and there were no bruises or scars, so recovery was not too inconvenient. What I was happiest about was not that my face changed dramatically, but that it looked more organized. It’s hard to describe, but instead of looking prettier, the lines that had been blurry felt a bit more refined? My jawline looked cleaner than before, and in photos my face felt less heavy haha. I especially noticed that when looking at my side profile. The reaction from people around me was better than expected lol. A friend I hadn’t seen in a while asked if I had been getting treatments lately. Another friend asked if I had lost weight because I had dieted, and when I said my weight was the same, they said my face seemed more refined than before haha. Honestly, I didn’t want a change that was obvious to everyone, so I think I liked those reactions even more. Before, when taking photos, I used to worry a lot about the angle of my jawline and edit the pictures quite a bit, but lately that stress has gone down a little lol Of course, everyone’s face shape is different and the points they value are different, but if you, like me, feel that your face looks saggy overall or your jawline has become blurred, I think it would be worth getting a consultation. I also worried a lot at first, but once I actually did it, I thought thread lifting had no side effects and wondered why I had hesitated for so long haha. Personally, I think it suits people who want a naturally refined facial line more than people who want a flashy change ^^ I decided after personally researching and making the trip from the countryside to Seoul, and in the end I’m satisfied with the result^0^ haha
