Everyone, it’s already been 3 weeks since I got arm fat-extraction injections, so I’ll leave an honest timeline review! On the day of the procedure, I was more nervous than I expected, but rather than feeling extremely painful, it felt stiff and heavy. Right after the procedure, my arms were a bit swollen and stiff, so moving them felt awkward. It was slightly uncomfortable, especially when putting clothes on and taking them off, but it wasn’t at a level where daily life was completely impossible. Week 1: During the first week, there was definitely some swelling and bruising. I still had a pulling sensation when raising my arms, and the inside of my upper arms felt sore when touched? Still, going to work and daily life were possible. I was a bit careful about lifting heavy things, and I also took it easy when showering. At this stage, rather than a noticeable line change, the swelling could even make the arms look thicker, so I think it’s important not to get impatient. Week 2: From this point, I started to see changes little by little! As the swelling went down, I could clearly feel my arm line becoming more defined. Especially when wearing short sleeves, my arms looked less puffy than before, so I felt more satisfied when looking in the mirror. People around me also asked if I had lost weight. Week 3: Now I can definitely feel that the upper-arm line has become thinner. The fit of my clothes has changed, and I’m especially very satisfied when wearing fitted tops. There are still a few slightly hard areas when I touch them, and there is a little lumpiness left, but I think it will become more natural over time. Overall, I’m really satisfied!
