It has been exactly one month since the surgery, and the line of my arms has definitely changed.The first one or two weeks were honestly a bit hard, and I had a stiff, sore feeling when I moved.There was quite a bit of swelling too, so I even wondered if this was really normal.But after three weeks, it started to go down noticeably.Now daily life is completely fine, and I almost have no pain.Bruising is almost all gone, and I only feel a slight tenderness when I press on it.My weight hasn’t changed much, but the fit is definitely different.Especially the side line feels much more defined.When I wear clothes, I look less bulky, and that’s what I’m happiest with.To be honest, I keep thinking I should have done it sooner haha.
