I went for a consultation because I wanted revision rhinoplasty while having my silicone removed. When I looked at before-and-after photos in this community, the shape was exactly my style. At the consultation, they took a CT scan and proceeded in the order of coordinator consultation > surgeon consultation > coordinator consultation. The surgeon explained everything kindly and clearly. He was not overly authoritative and was very understanding of my anxiety. For revision surgery, there needs to be enough material, but my original nose was low and small, so my previous surgery used silicone and ear cartilage (they said my septum was really small). While looking at the CT, the surgeon said my septum really was quite small and that they would use it if possible, but rather than using it, they should plan to use autologous costal cartilage and reuse as much as possible of the ear cartilage previously used. They also did a virtual simulation using photos taken before the consultation, so I could see which design suited me best. Seeing what I might look like after all the swelling went down made me feel more at ease. Revision surgery is not inexpensive, but compared with other places based only on price, it was not particularly expensive, so I even made the surgery reservation before leaving. If the surgery goes well, I’ll write a review then~
