I only spoke with the consultant, and I saw the director for just 2–4 minutes while receiving Botox, without really talking, so I’m not sure whether the director was kind. Even with an appointment, I had to wait about 10–20 minutes, but it was fine because refreshments were prepared. At other clinics, they took photos before Botox, but here they didn’t take photos. After talking with the consultant and feeling my jaw, they said my muscle volume was too large, so I added more units and paid more than the event price. It was still inexpensive, so I had two or three more injections, but they had no effect. After looking into it, I learned that it wasn’t muscle but developed bone, so I no longer go there.
