It has been 2 weeks since surgery! I also had radiofrequency treatment and the hospital took really good care of me, so the big swelling and bruising have gone down a lot! At first even moving was hard, but by week 2 everything became much easier haha. I can shower by myself now, and I can get dressed by myself too! I am slowly being able to do more and more on my own!! I kept looking at the bruises and worrying, “When will all of this recover?” but maybe that was just my own unnecessary worry lol. The recovery speed is seriously no joke...! As my body started to feel more comfortable, I went out and met some acquaintances, and everyone was so surprised when they saw my arms lol. They kept saying I had become “so slim”...!! I am someone who has dieted a lot, and my current stats are 158 / 65, but my arms look like they did when I was 158 / 53 haha. I am really, really satisfied with the result after surgery T_T It was dramatic enough to hurt, so for people who are considering it, if they can just endure the pain, I think satisfaction will be high! Especially arms are an area that does not slim down easily even with dieting, so for me I think doing it was the right answer haha. The total fat removed from arms, underarms, and accessory breasts was 2700 cc! Once I recover more, I will keep posting updates 💕
