After dieting for a long time, other parts were losing fat but my upper arms stayed the same, so after a long time of worrying I decided to have surgery! The surgery took about 2 hours, and I was surprised that it didn't hurt as much as I expected right after the operation haha. It was only a bit like muscle soreness?? I had less bruising than I expected too, and the swelling was bad only on the day after surgery; from day 3 onward it wasn't very swollen. The day after surgery, I took care of it by watching YouTube and applying povidone and antibiotic ointment!! I only put waterproof tape over the surgical area when showering. It's day 11 now, and other than pain on the inner arm and underarm when I touch them, the rest doesn't hurt much!! I'm guessing I'm taking care of it properly, right!? I'm wearing compression garments, so I'll write a review once the swelling is completely gone!
