Liposuction Reviews

One month review of arm fat-extraction injections in Gangbuk (+ accessory breast, posterior bulge)

Finally,, the day has come to write my one-month review of arm fat-extraction injections at a hospital in the Gangbuk area,, time really flies,, After the first arm fat-extraction injection, the bruising, swelling, and soreness were more noticeable than I expected, so I ended up worrying quite a bit,, Especially when the bruising covered my entire arm, I kept wondering if this was really supposed to disappear,, or if something had gone wrong with my arm,, I was living every day with a mirror,, Still, after about a month passed, the discomfort, bruising, and pain I felt at the beginning have gone down by about 90%, so the condition is,, so good,, There are no major issues with daily life now, and changing clothes or showering is comfortable. Even so, raising my arm above my head is still a bit hard,, It feels like the inside of my upper arm is being pulled a little,, It's not that I can't lift my arm at all or that it hurts; it's more of a slightly sore pulling feeling when I stretch, so I'm loosening it up slowly without overdoing it,, At first I was scared something might go wrong, so I kept my range of motion to a minimum, but they actually told me to move it more and help it loosen up. When it came to exercise, I was careful and only did cardio at first, but now my condition has recovered a lot, to the point where I can do other exercises little by little as long as they don't strain my arms too much! Still, I think I haven't fully recovered yet, so I am being as careful as possible with heavy lifting or workouts that put a lot of force on my arms. I'm doing Pilates now too, and after explaining my situation, I've been doing it gently,, Comparing the before-and-after photos of the arm fat removal, the side line of my arm looks more refined than before, but personally I can see the posterior bulge and front bulge I was worried about becoming a little smoother little by little, so I'm satisfied. Even in photos taken in daily life, my arms seem less bulky than before,, sob,, nice,, During the procedure, they carefully checked the arm line while working, and during the follow-up management every week after the procedure, they also meticulously checked any uncomfortable areas or lumps, so I've been able to go without worry. At first I was very concerned because of the bruising, but as I kept asking questions during follow-up and having my condition checked, my worries have been decreasing. This time I realized that aftercare is just as important as the procedure itself, and I'm looking forward to how the line will change further. I'll keep taking care of the remaining pulling and lumps, and next month I'll be back with a review and even more natural before-and-after photos.
