3-week review of fat extraction injection in Anyang Beomgye! (-2.5 cm reduction!)

Hello! I'm a bride-to-be preparing for my wedding: (getting married in August!) It's been 3 weeks since I got the fat extraction injection. During weeks 1 to 2, I didn't feel much change, so I was a little anxious, but as I entered week 3, the swelling started to go down and the line began to change noticeably. Recently, people I hadn't seen in a while have been asking if I lost weight, so I'm quite satisfied too! Before the procedure I was 64.2 kg -> currently I'm maintaining 61 to 62 kg, and I haven't done any extreme dieting or intense exercise. 대신 I kept up two things consistently: walking more than 8,000 steps a day and drinking at least 1 L of water a day. Just moving a bit more than usual and paying attention to hydration seemed to bring more change than I expected. My arm circumference also went from 33 cm to 30.5 cm, and especially the outer and back lines of the upper arm got neater, so clothes fit much cleaner. Before, I worried about my upper arms whenever I wore short sleeves or sleeveless tops, but these days I feel clearly slimmer every time I look in the mirror, so I'm satisfied. Most of all, because my arm line got neater, I keep hearing that my whole body looks smaller. Even when trying on dresses, my arm line feels less prominent than before, so I think brides-to-be would be even more satisfied. If you have 3 months left until the ceremony, don't worry and get it done lol lol lol lol Current bruising has almost disappeared, and only a slight lumpiness remains. It doesn't interfere with daily life at all, and it keeps becoming more natural over time. It's not yet the final result, but as of week 3, I'm more satisfied than expected.
