I booked a consultation two days ago, had the consultation yesterday, and after talking with the coordinator and the doctor and liking the design they suggested, I decided on surgery that same day. For my first double eyelid surgery plus front and upper canthoplasty, it did not hurt nearly as much as I expected and the swelling was not severe, so I am already excited. More than anything, I had previously had back and lower canthoplasty incisional surgery at another hospital, and even though it was supposed to be a short and simple surgery, I clearly remember being left in the operating room somehow and not getting home until almost 6 p.m. after going in in the morning; that memory made me choose more carefully this time. Because one doctor handled both the design consultation and the surgery, I trusted them more. There was, of course, no pushy treatment or sales talk, and instead they advised me to start with this and, if I want my eyes bigger later, we can think about another procedure then. It is only day 2 so I cannot upload photos yet, but they really seem to have set the line well, so I am already very excited.
