Thoughts after outer, lower, upper canthoplasty

The inner corner of my eyes had a very small angle, so they looked pointy, which is why I also added upper canthoplasty. The front corners do feel a little less pointy now. But I originally had a double eyelid only in the back two-thirds, while the front third was a hidden double eyelid, and people used to say it looked pretty and interesting. That is gone now. Even though they only made a very, very small incision and removed a little, the double eyelid shape changed, so think it through carefully before doing it. Also, my eyes are not protruding eyes but sunken eyes (normal eyes), so they could not open them very much. If the eyes were a bit bigger, they could have pulled them farther back and downward too, but it ended up being kind of half-baked. If I ever did it again, I think I would ask for the maximum possible opening, so that the lower part of the iris is fully visible, not a three-white-eye look, but at least so the iris is not covered and the lower eyelid line meets the iris line.
