There weren't many reviews for male nose revision surgery, so I'm leaving one here. After badly injuring my nose in the military, the bridge became crooked and one nostril became blocked, so I lived with that discomfort for years. As a man, I didn't want it to end up too high or with a feminine line, but Director Ahn Seong-bong said that for men's noses, it's better to go with a natural straight line, and I really agreed with that. It seems like the advantage is that it doesn't look like a surgically altered nose, but like someone who originally had a straight nose.
