I usually just do it when I am bored or when it is time for another cosmetic procedure, and these days it is a hot trend../?? I got philtrum reduction and the tip done. I am on the bus right now, heading home after removing the splint. I searched through cafes all over the place and read more than 500 review posts from famous clinics while looking around, then decided to do it with Director Jeong Seung-il at R T M S because: due to the outer scar, when I looked at KakaoTalk groups about scar tissue concerns after philtrum surgery, I decided I absolutely should not go anywhere that does it through an outer incision or under-the-nose incision. The location is near Samsung, and how should I put it? It is in a place where even if you came out after plastic surgery, nobody would really pay attention, so that was fine for me (I am from the countryside, so the 4-hour trip was what I cared about). I had already made up my mind when I went, but the staff explained the desired surgical method really well? like the inside-the-nose incision method. Because of the nasolabial angle, they could not do only the philtrum, so I had the philtrum reduction and tip surgery together. The price was on the expensive side. The result is that I am honestly very satisfied. I went in after removing only the upper part of my lip filler (they said I had to remove it for surgery), but I plan to remove the lower part too and also take out the chin filler. Since the proportions changed, my face somehow does not feel like my own yet.. maybe it is just me, but the swelling in the nose feels more puffy than the philtrum swelling (like the swelling after nose surgery haha). I hope 6 months passes quickly. If there are any people who are thinking about it, go here, the scars are barely visible at all (that is what I am most satisfied with). Oh, I do not know whether the philtrum length reading was affected by swelling, but before it measured 2.0 and now it is 1.2. I had the splint removed at 2 o'clock, and while riding the bus I tried writing a review haha

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewJul 6 The nasolabial angle design is perfect, seriously...+_+
My rhinoplasty wasn’t a total disaster, but it wasn’t the line I wanted either, and as time passed the tip seemed to droop a bit, so I looked into revision rhinoplasty. Of the places I visited, Tiara felt the most kind!! The director had a
