I had my surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery, and the materials used were ear cartilage and septal cartilage. I was happy because the director understood exactly what kind of nose I wanted. I wanted to keep a round feeling while making it taller, and keeping the overall size of the nose the same, and I’m satisfied that the result came out exactly the way I wanted. However, the midface feels longer than before, so it feels a bit awkward, and I hope the swelling goes down soon. The director and all the staff were kind!
