Then I heard this place was famous for excellent skill and specialized in noses, so I trusted them and got revision surgery here. This time I had autologous costal cartilage used to raise the columella and also had alar reduction at the same time, and it really gave me exactly the nose line and angle I wanted. From the side too, it has exactly that glamorous look.. I had told them I wanted something between a straight line and a gently curved line, and they caught it precisely, so I was so relieved There is not even a scar on the part where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested, and since my nose that had looked short now has more length, the proportions feel much better. At the same time, it does not look too excessive, but it has become clean and defined in just the right way, so I love it. Photos also come out so much better.. Getting revision nose surgery here is one of the best things I have done.
