Nose Surgery Reviews

Sagging nasal tip escape at Clinic A! 2 months after revision rhinoplasty with a straight-but-slightly-curved line

After my first surgery at another hospital, my nasal tip kept drooping, so my whole nose looked blunt and round. I was extremely stressed every time I looked in the mirror. So this time I decided on revision surgery with the mindset that it would really be the last one. I'm in my 20s, so I can't keep living stressed because of my nose, right? My motto was definitely a refined look! Once I had tried it, I wanted a clear, defined line instead of a dull nose with no presence. What gave me a huge sense of trust during the consultation was that, after looking at my nose, they explained in a very professional way why the tip had dropped. I was told that, to match the balance of my face, they needed to raise it as much as possible while building a sturdy support so it would not droop again. So I decided on implant revision surgery with osteotomy and autologous costal cartilage! They pointed out only the surgery that was truly needed, without exaggeration, and when I showed the straight-but-slightly-curved reference photos I wanted, they confidently said they would make it exactly like that, so I booked the date right away. It's only been 2 months, but the drooping nasal tip has clearly come alive, and the line turned out really glamorous and pretty. At first I worried a little because of the swelling from doing osteotomy and autologous costal cartilage together, but once the major swelling went down, the glamorous straight-but-slightly-curved look I wanted came through perfectly, so I am very satisfied. The line came out exactly as promised during the consultation, so these days I feel happy every time I look in the mirror. I escaped from my round nose and look more sophisticated, so I really enjoy taking selfies now!
