I had a really severe upturned nose, and since I had no columella genetically from childhood, it was such an enormous source of stress that I had nose surgery, but the upturned nose was completely improved and I never thought my columella would look so nice.. Dr. Miho really has golden hands... I asked to keep the rounded feeling of the columella, and I wasn’t sure if that would be possible, but they shaped it so well for me I’m looking forward to how much prettier it will get once the swelling goes down!!!
