I had revision surgery at SP Plastic Surgery in February 2026, and the doctor really spent 40 minutes carefully explaining the inside of my nose as well as the surgery in great detail. Right before the operation, he also explained everything for 40 minutes, so I think I went in feeling at ease. At my first surgery clinic, they only talked for 5 minutes right before surgery and then sent me in, so I wondered, is that how it’s supposed to be?? It turned out that was wrong. I regretted it because my nose became upturned, but now it’s really natural yet high, so I’m very satisfied. Still, having the costal cartilage removed was so painful
