My bulbous nose had always been a complex for me, and on top of that I also had rhinitis, so breathing was pretty uncomfortable in daily life Since I was getting nose surgery anyway, I wanted to solve the functional side at the same time, so I had the nasal tip done with autologous rib and septal cartilage, plus osteotomy and bulbous nose correction as well. When I went for the consultation, Director Choi at ㅊㅌㅈ didn't just talk about the nose line but also explained the functional aspects, which made everything easy to understand and gave me confidence!! In the early days after surgery, the packing and splint made things really stuffy, and the swelling and bruising were more than I expected, so I worried for no reason, but as time passed it gradually became more natural. Now breathing is much easier, and the bulbous nose look has improved a lot, so I'm really satisfied with the side profile!! The nasal tip also became elegant without looking too excessive, so overall my face looks much cleaner!! If you struggle with rhinitis, or are considering bulbous nose correction or autologous-rib nose surgery, I think it could be worth getting a consultation at least once. As for me, I'm satisfied with the result and doing well
