I didn't want a lift, so at a hospital that did not recommend a lift, I decided on 350cc each with Mentor X. But now that the date is set, I'm worried the pain will be really bad... and that recovery will take a long time too. Is the way to reduce swelling quickly just to walk a lot?? Do I not need to do anything like cold or warm compresses separately?? If there are ways to reduce swelling at home too, I can really put in the effort They said it takes 3 months to look natural....
