I naturally had a very deep double eyelid on only one eye, so the asymmetry between my eyes bothered me a lot. I even started the habit of straining my eyebrows and opening my eyes wide just to try to match them, and I felt like forehead wrinkles were gradually forming too So I decided I should get it done before it got any later, and now it’s already been 10 months since I first looked into surgery.. I was worried that incisional surgery would take a long time to recover from and that the swelling would be bad, so I got a consultation for non-incisional surgery. During the consultation, they explained my facial asymmetry, eye condition, and the line one by one, so I thought, ah, I can trust them, and went ahead with the surgery right away On the surgery day I had to get to work, so I told them in advance, and they scheduled it to fit the time, so I remember going straight to work afterward Recovery back to daily life was faster than I expected, which was nice too. For the first 3 months or so, the swelling seemed to linger longer than I expected, so honestly I was a little worried. I even wondered if it might never go down, but around month 4 it gradually went down and started looking more natural little by little. Now honestly no one knows I had surgery If I don’t say it first, everyone thinks these are my natural eyes. Now even when I close my eyes, the marks are barely visible! And makeup doesn’t get caught in the double eyelid either!! The line settled naturally exactly the way I wanted, so I’m very satisfied. I only think I should have done it sooner If you’re stressed because of asymmetrical eyes, don’t like incisional surgery, and don’t want scars, I recommend non-incisional surgery! I’m really happy with how things have been for me.
