I currently have a silicone dorsal implant and autologous costal cartilage in the tip (columella), and we decided to remove only the silicone in the bridge, then refine only the autologous costal cartilage at the tip from my original nose bridge and match the height of the columella area.But then, does the nasolabial angle? or the overall nasal angle also matter here...?I guess the doctor’s aesthetic sense matters a lot here all of a sudden...?It’s not just about removing it well anyway..if you keep the tip material, then deciding that angle is the doctor’s aesthetic sense..
