Wow, time flies so fast. It has been so long since I last came here. I checked the calendar and realized it would soon be 6 months, so I came back to write a long-awaited update lol (In early February: 20-year-old silicone + silicone fragment; + the capsule all removed) My nose shape seems to have settled to some extent..? Personally, the big swelling mostly went down around 3 to 4 months, and after that I did not notice many changes. There are no side effects like lifting, dents, or wrinkling.. The skin on my nose, which had been going crazy with excess oil, whiteheads, and more, has now normalized too. I guess the contraction period is over too, because from around month 5 even the slight tight or uncomfortable feeling disappeared, so I do not think about my nose at all anymore.. For the first 3 months after surgery, I was very attentive and kept checking in the mirror for anything strange, but now I can barely remember when I had it done, and I have gotten used to my face as it is now lol Even the tip has become very soft, so I feel like a pig nose might be possible, but I do not plan to do it.. Anyway, I am doing well, and since it has been almost half a year, I guess it is fine like this. It still seems that people do not really understand it. I even think my past self, why on earth did I get surgery? lol... If anyone is curious about anything, leave a comment and I will answer as much as I can. It would be nice if you could make it public so everyone can see.
