Has anyone had a full nose removal and also adjusted the bridge? I am really torn about whether I should refine the bridge during removal or leave it alone;; If anyone has done it, please let me know. The clinic says the dorsal hump is a matter of preference... and that it is optional, but no matter how high the nose was, if the tip was lifted with a support structure, it will drop once removed, so I feel like only the tip might drop;; At the same time, if I refine the bridge, I worry it will feel like it drops even more, so I do not know what I should do;;
