Why do doctors in the reviews always want to leave the nasal tip intact? Seriously, why do they do that? I really don’t mind if it goes back to my original nose shape (not pretty, it used to be an aquiline nose), so I want everything removed. I really do not want ear cartilage nasal tip work or autologous dermis or anything like that. If there is a hospital that is good at complete removal without doing the tip and does not force it, please tell me~!!
