First of all, I got there about 20 minutes early for my consultation.. It said opening time was 10:30, but the clinic door wasn't open, so I had to sit crouched on the stairs... I seriously considered going home a hundred times. I talked with the director first, and the explanation felt lacking...? Plastic surgery is an aesthetic procedure, so consumers have a clear idea of what they want. Unlike reconstructive surgery done because of physical defects, people spend money on surgery to raise their aesthetic standards and meet personal needs, but even after I explained what I wanted, I got a vague answer that it might be possible or might not be. Of course, even if a doctor isn't certain, I expected that as an experienced doctor, they would use the data accumulated from various patients over a long career to tell me roughly how far they could go and how much risk I would need to accept based on that. A doctor who just says it will definitely work without saying yes or no is weird. It was more like, "we'll have to open you up and see after surgery," so I was like, huh... I had about 5 minutes with the director and about 20 minutes with the manager. I had heard that the manager was the real power there, and I felt the same. Of course, the manager seemed experienced and looked over things carefully, but from my position, where the surgeon who actually performs the operation matters more, it wasn't very helpful. The manager explained the surgical method and the limitations of revision surgery in my eyes in more detail, but I kept wondering if that was really right. Anyway... it seems like the hospital has a lot of word-of-mouth about being good at revision surgery, but the part I wanted couldn't be met, and I lost trust, so I didn't choose it
