They were extremely kind and explained everything in great detail, which I really appreciated. Because the previous hospital had done the surgery so strangely, I was very worried and didn't even know exactly what the problem was, but the director checked everything carefully one by one and explained in an easy-to-understand way what part was currently problematic and why those symptoms were happening. Since it wasn't fully healed yet, they said that rather than deciding on anything right away, I should watch the recovery progress more and come back later. That also made me trust them. It felt like they weren't pushing any procedure or surgery and were thinking about my condition first, so I felt reassured, and just the consultation itself helped me a lot. I'd like to visit again later.
