Hi, it has been a while since I came here. Before the removal and while I was struggling with the decision, I practically lived here, but once everything ended well, I really stopped coming in
I remembered how I had struggled and worried about nasal implant removal, so I wanted to be of help to everyone and wrote this post. If you are curious about my old nose, please check my previous post!
First, I had the silicone removed and had a no-implant rhinoplasty with septal cartilage. I think I told them I wanted to stop having a high, obvious nose, and that it was fine if it became lower as long as it did not collapse, but my memory is a bit blurry now. When the silicone was inserted before, they must have shaved down the nasal bridge, because the bridge did become a little flatter, but only slightly, so I had a tiny bit of filler added too lol
Once it was removed, it did look a bit bland, but when I think back to the past worries about tip show-through, redness, and pointless anxiety, I am unbelievably happy now. If any of you are worried, it may be worth thinking seriously about removal sooner rather than later

The director really was my savior... Seen in photos, my nose does look a bit bulbous, but I am just trying to survive, so I will hide it with shading. May we all be happy
