First revisionless hump nose surgery, 1 month review :)

It has already been a month since my hump-nose surgery without an implant! My original nose had a big nose tip, a hump, a bulbous tip, a slightly inward-curled columella, and a blunt tip that drooped downward. Because of that, taking side-view photos was much more stressful than taking front-view ones. When I was visiting clinics, I wanted a safe hospital with a single director, improvement of the side profile that stressed me out the most, a D-shaped drooping tip, and improvement of the curled columella. I also wanted the tip to feel naturally round, connected from the bridge rather than sharp. Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery gave me a careful and detailed consultation, and I think he understood my needs well from both the front and side views of my nose! I made such an ambiguous, difficult request that I wanted it to be natural but still a little on the elegant side haha, and I think he understood me well by looking at the photos I brought. Among all the consultations I went to, both the director and the manager here were my favorite, and I also liked how they answered the questions patients usually ask right away. Of course, there was no excessive treatment or pressure to book on the spot, and after visiting for consultations, I felt, 'This is the one!' The materials used were ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and the surgery included osteotomy, slight hump reduction, correction of the nasolabial angle, repositioning of the nasal tip cartilage, and filling the step on the bridge and nasal dorsum with ear cartilage and septal cartilage. I had been worrying about nose surgery for almost two years, and part of me thinks I should have learned about it and visited clinics sooner! But now I am also happy that I finally went out on my own, found a good hospital and director, and got a satisfying result. People around me also say my side profile is pretty, and they praise it so much that it feels like my old nose is unrecognizable, so in the end I am extremely satisfied☺️💖 My friends say something looks different, but they cannot even tell what, so the side profile is definitely improved while my natural image is still preserved, which makes me very, very happy!!! Director Lee Ji-hwan really prioritizes safety and pursues natural results, and I think that suited me very well :) In fact, even on the day of surgery I felt great, and from the next day I just had to fight the swelling a bit on my own haha. There is still a little residual swelling at the tip, but they say swelling after rhinoplasty can continue to go down slowly for up to 6 months, so I am already excited and happy about my new nose becoming even prettier :) If you have concerns similar to mine, I really recommend at least going for a consultation!
