10 years ago, when I was in high school, I heard about a clinic from a staff member at the reception desk of the dental clinic I used to go to, went there for a consultation, and suddenly had surgery the same day. My bulbous nose was stressing me out, but they said the hump on my nose, which would not look very obvious from surgery, needed to be shaved down and pressed down with silicone, so I think I had a thin L-shaped silicone implant + nasal tip cartilage tying. The clinic closed down a few years ago, so I can’t know the exact surgical records.. About 3 years after the surgery, my nasal tip started drooping, but I was scared of revision surgery so I just buried it and lived with it, and only now have I decided to remove the silicone. Where in Seoul Gangnam is well known for silicone removal..
