I had my revision nose surgery at Miho and also did alar reduction and functional nose surgery at the same time, and I am very satisfied!! Before, the line from the middle of the bridge downward felt really droopy, and the tip always looked swollen and dull, so every time I took photos it was stressful. My friends jokingly said I looked like the mermaid man from the Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy cartoon, lol. I laughed too, but it still bothered me quite a bit (actually not funny;) This time, after revision surgery, the line that had looked droopy was neatly refined, and the tip was also made to look much lighter, so I am very satisfied!!!! I also had alar reduction, so the front view no longer looks so spread out, but it was not made too small, just naturally refined, which I like even more!! I finally get why functional nose surgery is said to improve quality of life, because breathing is so easy now. The best part is that it does not look like a heavily operated nose, but instead feels naturally prettier in a way that suits my face!
