I wasn’t born with a single eyelid, but my double-eyelid line was kind of vague..lolololol It wasn’t like I had no crease at all, but my eyes looked flat overall🥲 At first I debated a lot over whether to go natural or a bit glamorous, but I prefer eyes that look more defined, so I searched for glamorous-style reviews. As I looked through before-and-after photos and reviews from different hospitals, I realized the style differences were bigger than I expected. I visited a few hospitals for consultations, and in the end I had natural adhesion at [Clinic A]! During the consultation, I wondered if I should get canthoplasty too, but they said my eyes would probably be enough with just double-eyelid surgery, so I decided to do only natural adhesion haha Right after surgery, of course there was swelling, but it wasn’t as bad as I had imagined, and I barely had any bruising. So daily life wasn’t very inconvenient, and I think the line settled faster than I expected. I have a lot of friends who had double-eyelid surgery, and they also said my swelling is really on the mild side lol Honestly, before surgery I worried a lot that I should get canthoplasty too in order to look prettier..haha But now I think it was good that I didn’t do it!! Even though only the line changed, my eyes look so much sharper, and the feel when I wear makeup has changed a lot too Before, my eyes felt kind of bland and a little heavy, but now they have exactly the glamorous look I wanted, so I’m satisfied If you’re looking into double-eyelid surgery, I recommend finding lots of reviews that match the style you want and going to consultations😆
