Nose Surgery Reviews

One month after bulbous nose surgery at ㅇㅇㅂ Plastic Surgery, is this change real?

My bulbous nose was severe, so before, whenever I took photos, it felt like people noticed my nose before my face. From the front, my nose looked wide, and the tip was blunt, so in some ways I even looked a bit masculine, and because the tip sat a little low, the nose seemed longer too.. Long midface..? During the consultation, the director explained that osteotomy would refine the wide nasal bones, and that bulbous nose correction plus autologous costal cartilage would be needed to shape the tip the way I wanted. He explained it in such an easy-to-understand way that I felt confident.Seriously, I thought my nose was a pretty extreme case, so I expected they would recommend lots of extra procedures, but I liked that he said we only needed to do what was truly necessary. Now it has been about a month since surgery, and I can really feel the changes from both the front and the side. Before, my nose looked wide and spread out from the front, but now the nasal line looks much more refined and the tip feels much slimmer too. The bridge and tip heights also came up to a level that suits my face well, so I think my overall proportions look much better. There is still a little swelling since it has only been a month, but recovery has been faster than I expected, so every week when I look in the mirror I can see changes, which makes the healing process interesting lately lolOnce more swelling goes down and the tip settles, I think the line will become even more natural and slender than it is now, so I’m looking forward to that. Still, compared with before surgery, it has improved a lot already, so I’m quite satisfied!
