Nose Surgery Reviews

Review of a rhinoplasty revision that also corrected the nasolabial angle!

I had already had one nose surgery, but as time went by my nose started to look noticeably crooked to one side, and maybe because my bulbous-nose tendency had not been fully corrected, the tip still looked blunt and stuffy. On top of that, my nasolabial angle had sunk in so much that it even felt like my mouth looked more protruded for no reason. I felt a lot of stress every time I looked in the mirror, so with a desperate hope that this would truly be the last time, I ended up visiting Dr. Ji Seung-ryeol at Another Plastic Surgery, who has great reviews for difficult rhinoplasty revision and bulbous-nose correction. Since this was my second revision, I was really worried, but Dr. Ji Seung-ryeol looked at the condition of my nose and carefully pointed out, in a fact-focused way, exactly what the problems were, so I immediately felt trust. He explained that the internal scar tissue and the existing implant would be cleaned up neatly, and that the tip would be lifted firmly without drooping, while correcting the crooked nose and the nasolabial angle in line with my concerns. In particular, it really felt like the five-sided nose shape they talk about at Another because he did not look at just one area, but took in the front view, side line, tip, and nasolabial angle as a whole. I was so satisfied with the consultation that I booked it on the spot lol I was worried about swelling because this was my second nose revision, but seeing the line emerge as the major swelling went down left me honestly amazed lol First of all, the crooked nose that had been tilting to one side and bothering me is now straight and centered even from the front! The bulbous nose I was most worried about has also changed, and the nostrils now look much slimmer and more refined than before. The blunt impression is completely gone, and from the side, the smooth line connecting all the way to the nasolabial angle is beautiful. It really seems to have come out with that five-sided nose feeling the doctor described! I had already heard that this place is famous for revision, but I never expected them to bring my complicated nose conditions back to life this perfectly lol As the sunken nasolabial angle stands out and the three-dimensionality improves, the mouth looks relatively less protruded, and I have been told many times that my overall impression looks much more elegant now T_T
