I visited to get a lower eyelid consultation because the reviews were good, and I was satisfied. First of all, when I entered the hospital, the building felt clean and orderly, and the interior was also well maintained, so my first impression was good... The manager was also very kind and gave off a professional vibe?? The director was calm and thorough in her explanation, so I felt I could trust her. Rather than simply recommending a procedure, she gave a professional consultation about my current under-eye condition and the direction for improvement. I liked that she honestly explained the pros and cons, as well as the side effects. There was a bit of pressure to book on the same day, though. It was my first hospital, so I had a lot of questions, and they did answer each one in detail. But since it was my first hospital, I only had the consultation.
