I went in for a consultation for a long-nose correction. My nasal bridge is high, but the tip droops, so I wanted surgery without an implant, and they said I could choose between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. I had seen this clinic on Naver Blog and went for a consultation, and because it is a nose-specialized clinic, I really got the feeling that they are truly expert in noses. I also asked about paranasal augmentation, but because I had previously had philtrum reduction, they said it could make my philtrum look longer, and since I had already had philtrum shortening they advised against making it look long again. They only included what was truly necessary in the plan, so it felt different from a typical plastic surgery clinic. From the coordinator to the doctor, everyone was very kind, and it was the clinic I agonized over until the very end. If I get nose surgery again at another clinic, I think I would end up doing it here.
