I was surprised because the hospital was much cleaner than I expected as soon as I walked in! The waiting room was spacious, and there were quite a few people, but it did not feel chaotic. The staff were also kind, so I think I relaxed a little. I went in for an eye consultation, and the director looked at my eyes and first explained what condition they were in right now. I also showed photos of the eyes I wanted, and instead of just saying everything was possible, they honestly told me which parts were possible and which parts might be excessive, which I liked. The consultation lasted longer than I expected, so I was able to ask a lot of the questions I had!
