I went ahead with advancement only, 6 to 7 mm, without width reduction or length reduction!! They strongly recommended not changing either width or length, to the point of almost dissuading me, so I agreed right away. But after the surgery, I really felt that if width reduction had been done, I would have ended up with an omega shape... I had a bit of asymmetry, and they said they rotated it (?) as much as possible to match it, and it is not completely symmetrical in reality, but I had heard that if you advance the chin tip while there is asymmetry, it can look even worse, so in that sense I am satisfied that it actually improved a bit. My chin area did not hurt at all, but the pain from general anesthesia was extremely severe. The doctor felt like a father. I thought 5 million won for a single contouring procedure was a little expensive, but I do not have to write a review and the aftercare checkups at a one-doctor clinic are very neat, so now I do not feel the money was wasted...
