I visited the clinic for my first jaw Botox treatment, and fortunately the first-visit event was applied, so I was able to get the procedure at a reasonable price of 20,900 won including VAT. After arriving at the clinic, I first consulted with the manager, not the doctor, about the treatment area and the process. After the consultation, I lay on the treatment bed and waited, and then the director came in, but I was so flustered that I couldn't confirm exactly who it was. Before the actual procedure, they reduced the pain by putting a cold stone-like tool that felt as if it had just been taken out of the freezer against my cheek for ice compresses, and then they sprayed a cold mist to numb the skin before giving the injection. Since it was still the same day as the procedure, I can't really tell by eye yet whether there is a clear effect or change, but Botox usually starts to work gradually after a few weeks, so I plan to wait and see how it goes.
