I first found out about it through Instagram Shorts. From the video, it didn’t seem excessive and I thought the doctor would do a good job, so I traveled in from outside the area for a consultation. Because the surgeries before mine were delayed, the consultation started about 40 minutes later. Compared with how long I waited, the consultation was very brief and ended quickly. I was already worried because it felt so different from consultations I had at other clinics, and then the consultation coordinator? was so, so awful that it completely killed any thought of whether I should do it here haha Thanks.. The doctor was fine, but the consultation coordinator was extremely bad there... They kept asking about information from other consultation clinics, and even when I answered indirectly, they kept pressing until the end.. Hm. It was disappointing.
