I visited a bunch of places for a nose consultation, and B&Y was the sixth one. During the consultation with the manager, they took photos and organized the direction I wanted, and once the director came in, they looked at my nose and immediately explained what the problem was and how it should be fixed. Maybe because they are very experienced, they seemed to be able to see the whole structure at a glance.
I said I was worried about raising the bridge of my nose, and they told me it would be better to do it without an implant, even explaining the reason, which made sense to me. At other hospitals they said silicone had to be inserted no matter what, but I liked that here there was a way not to insert it. The hospital facilities were also clean and the atmosphere was not pressuring, which I liked. I am comparing different places, but this one had the clearest explanation haha
