My first nose was done with ear cartilage, but the tip of my nose gradually drooped and the bridge became slightly crooked, so I started looking into revision surgery. It did not look like I had had surgery at all, and there was no three-dimensionality, so it was the kind of nose that made me wonder if I had even done it in the first place ;; I went to several consultations, but most places only said they would make it natural and did not explain why my nose had ended up like this. Then at one place, they explained the nasal structure in detail while looking at the CT. They said the ear cartilage had been absorbed, weakening the tip support and causing it to droop, and they pointed out that the crooked bridge was also a silicone positioning issue. I had surgery to rebuild the tip structure and correct the bridge with autologous costal cartilage. As the tip was lifted, the droopy impression disappeared, and the bridge was straightened. The step-like hump was also covered with cartilage, making the nasal bridge line smooth. I worried a lot because it was revision surgery, but I am glad the result came out well T_T The harvest site for the autologous costal cartilage scar is barely visible, and recovery was fast. I think this will help people considering revision surgery. The price was also fixed, with no extra charges, and the cost-effectiveness was good too.
