I went in for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty, but it felt like, whether I had surgery or not, it was up to me, so I did not like it very much. I told them three or four things about the parts I had been worried about and roughly how I wanted the surgery to go, but the response was basically, oh, then it would turn out like this. (negative tone) Is that okay?; and I got feedback like that. I thought, ah, I see, then I should have the surgery done differently, but after the negative feedback I wanted to hear the doctor’s opinion and the surgical plan. After all, I am not an expert, so I wanted to hear the expert’s opinion. But there was none of that, so I was like, what is this? So are they telling me to have the surgery? Or not? How exactly are they telling me to proceed with the surgery?
